What a nice sale! The garage will be open approximately at 7 to get y'all out of the rain. The main house will open at 8 am at the front and rear of the house simultaneously. Please No Early birds or pre-sales.
I do not carry a whole list of what the prices are so please don't ask, but I will list those I know next to photos by late Thursday, so please check back.
Cash & Checks (limited amounts) large cash amounts need to be taken from ATM's. I do not accept charge cards at this time.
Please YOU MUST bring boxes but our quantities may be enough for all.
We do allow the public to use one of the bathrooms as it is the courteous thing to do.
We will not have anyone to help load this sale. All items should be picked up by Saturday by 4pm as best you can.
IN THIS SALE EVERY! PRICE! IS NEGOTIABLE! We do have ½ price and more on Saturday. THE LAST 2 HOURS OF THE SALE PRICES VERY LOW WE NEED THIS HOUSE EMPTY!
Parking is along the street in the front or the side street. A neighbor told me on Saturday you can park at the First Baptist Church lot diagonally across the street the building is closed. Please do not disturb them on Friday Please do not block neighbors driveways or park on any lawn it's a very nice neighborhood. Our driveway is for loading only.
Absolutely NO large bags or purses allowed in home or they stay with cashier. NO VALUABLES ARE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT THE HOME

The Crowe family welcomes you to a very nice sale. The Reverend Crowe.. from the Seventh Day Adventist ministry was a renowned and honored Pastor. He peacefully passed away late last year at the amazing age of 104! He took care of himself and even drove his auto up to close to that time. It has been my honor to do this sale in his memory and also his very fine (and funny!) son.
We have a whole lot of items in this sale from French Provincial style furniture to a king sleigh bed with matching bureau and useable armoire. There is a hospital bed in fine working order and one twin bed. There is a fine selection of furniture throughout.. I'm partial to the very mid-century looking (not sure how old it is) light green leather sofa in the living room and the Lane Hope Chest.
We have a HUGE selection of linens... towels.. curtains.. comforters.. afghans.. sheets etc. some from the closets... some from the attic which was untouched since 1986!
There is a lot of dish sets both full sets and partial. One set I believe can serve over 20 people. We have Anchor Hocking, Corel, Tupperware and lots more. A highlight is the vegetable themed ceramics in the living room.
There are some clothes priced low to sell. Seems to be Women's large & X-large and some other smaller sizes. We have some children's clothes I would say for preteens. Lots of Scarves.. many handbags leather and fabric... and more.
See pictures for more items available. Such as Bibles and religious and health related books. Many children's books, a smaller upright piano that you seldom see, and a garage full of toys, Christmas, tools and yard items. A great patio set with glider on back patio! There is also a fairly new dryer.
A few of the items were added to this sale from a family I know who's parents moved in with him in Chattanooga but did not have enough for a sale of their own. I ticketed their items in a different color so please be patient with my cashier if its a little slower to check-out and tally things in 2 different books.

And always THANK YOU to all of you for attending these sales. I started doing this to help out families that were overwhelmed when a loved one passed.. moved to assisted living.. or they just moved away. It is a rewarding thing to do and makes me very happy to help.
