All items MUST be removed BEFORE the sale ends. If you plan to purchase large or heavy items, you MUST have a removal plan PRIOR to purchase that does NOT include the assistance of CES staff.

This sale will be held in the gorgeous surroundings of a 1700's homestead in South Knoxville and is the first phase of liquidation of an outstanding collection of long time friends of John Rice Irwin of The Museum of Appalachia. The pics tell most of the story, but please note the highlights below.

For items sold by BEST OFFER: Blind offers will be taken in person and by phone (with credit card info) until 1pm on day 1. Potential buyers present at 1pm will have the opportunity to increase their offer before the sale is finalized. Title/ownership will be transferred at the time of payment.
Follow all parking ordinances and heed the directions of the officer on duty.
