P/D Estate Sale

Cash only sale. All sales are final. We do have large items which may require some additional help beside what we have on site to help load. Items can be picked up when purchased or arrangements made to come back and pick up a different day. We are not responsible for an accidents that happen on the property. We will have several people on site to be able to help with questions. Sale will be done rain or shine. Everything is inside the basement or the house.
