Due to Covid, we are practicing social distancing and there will be very limited entry. Masks are required and children are allowed but must stay with parent at all times. Cash, debit & credit cards all accepted. Unfortunately we are not able to respond to inquiries regarding pricing, size or availability. No strollers, no pets please, and the house, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible. First come, first serve. Please watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents. There is a $20 minimum on credit or debit cards to void a $2 service fee - so please bring cash for outside purchases and garage items. Purchases are subject to 8.25% local sales tax and re-sellers must present a valid Texas Sales and Use Certificate or have one on file with us. All sales are final and all items are sold "as is" with no returns, exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS. Personal shopping bags are not allowed except for transparent ones (i.e. Mexican market bags). We provide a secure "hold area" at check out so you may shop unfettered. The driveway and space in front of the house are reserved for loading ONLY. Please DO NOT remove tags from items or open assortment bags for any reason. If you want an item and you cannot carry it to check out, stay with it and call out to a staffer for assistance. Buyers are responsible for carrying out and loading their own purchases- we do not have staff available to do that. Purchases must be picked up no later than Sunday following the sale. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation and for attending our sales!

The dad worked for IBM and enjoyed tinkering in the garage and mom was an accomplished quilter, crafter, and enjoyed painting.
