Fifth Generation Estate Sales, Seguin, Texas has been contracted to conduct an estate sale in Austin, Texas.
Due to the Cobid Epidemic the date of this sale will be Friday September 18, Saturday September 19, 9-5 and Sunday, September 20 9-2. We will again be following social distancing mandated recommendations. Masks must be worn. We will allow 12 in at a time. .

CThis sale is a very hard one to do. Catherine Mann was the mother of Barbara Kaye Mann Vinson one of the proprietors of Fifth Generation Estate Sales company. If you look at our business card you will find 5 Silhouettes. The second from the left is Catherine. Catherine is the original owner of the home. She and her family moved into the house in August of 1966. The Home is full of memories. The house has been part of my life since the fall of 1977 when I met and soon after married into the family.
Charles was a dentist for almost 40 years. You will find vintage dentist tools, instruments and equipment he personally used. However the Bakelite dental cabinet they are displayed will remain in the family
You will find in the home furnishings and items first purchased by Catherine and Charles when they married in 1949 as well as items belonging to her and Charles parents.
Catherine loved to throw parties and possessed a large quantity of various china salad plates, demitasse cups and saucers and more. Haviland and Limoge were her favorites
