Credit Cards Accepted on Purchases of $100 and over only. In certain areas we sometimes have limited cell service, so always be prepared to pay cash, if necessary. We will be glad to hold Your Treasure(s) for up to 30 minutes, with 1/2 deposit if You need to run to an ATM, etc...
ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS PROPERTY BEFORE 2:00pm on the last day of the sale. We are not available for Pick Ups after this time..
***We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Exemption form.

***NEW RULE !!!*** You must use one of OUR tags (with your name on it) to tag larger items that you can not carry to your holding area. IF YOU TAG IT, YOU BUY IT !!!!
It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner.
***Due to out vast number of Upcoming Sales, and tight timeline, we are unable to answer pricing and availability questions before the sale except on large ticket items (Vehicles, etc...)
***As much as we hate to, at certain Estates, we may have to limit the number of people inside at once, to start anyway. This is usually due to tight quarters, limited walking/checkout area space, and for YOUR protection, as well as the Homeowners belongings.
***J&S Estate Sales does not own a resale shop, booth, consignment store (or other), so all items are sold on the Estate's premises during posted sale hours only. We do not remove any items for outside sales.
We, along with the Homeowners, appreciate your patronage as we sell their lifelong TREASURES.

This Super Sweet Couple have been Customers of ours for Years, now they are ready to start a new chapter in their lives, and knew they wanted US to conduct their Estate Sale.

They have spend MANY years collecting the Coolest Treasures from Estates and Auctions all over the country, and decided it's time to sell it all and set off in their 5th Wheel for the next exciting chapter in their lives.
I'm sorry...but due to how PACKED this Estate is, with soooo many breakables, etc...Our Homeowners have requested that we dont allow children in this one. We will also probably have to limit the number of people in, to start anyway, as this place is already bursting at the seams (This is for Your safety, as well as the safety of the Homeowners Belongings). We'll see how it goes, and how cooperative everyone is, and accomodate as many as possible when we first open. Please bring Your patience, a great attitude, and a BIG smile !
