5 yrs. ago, Mr. & Mrs. Client retired from their prominent custom furniture business in Waco, bought 2 outbuildings and continued building furniture items and collecting Barbie, pottery, children's books/toys. Everything is now for sale--including their custom homestead!

Unless your auction win enables you to remain in your vehicle, no more than 4 patrons (and 3 staff members) will be allowed in a house at one time. There will be no exceptions to this. Please remember to wash your hands before arriving, sanitize at checking in, and maintain a safe distance of 6 ft. from other attendees and staff members. Our staff members will continue to practice both personal and environmental precautions at all times. They have been instructed to stay home and not report to work if they feel ill in any way or have a temperature above 100.0ºF.
