The OPENING BID on the real estate will be $200,000. The final bid price will be SUBJECT TO THE SELLER'S CONFIRMATION. The HOUSE (real property) will be offered at PUBLIC AUCTION on SATURDAY, December 5th. REAL ESTATE BIDDERS MUST BRING A CASHIER'S CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $5000 made payable to (bidder's name). The successful high bidder will remit the cashier's check to be delivered to escrow subject to the acceptance of the high bid by the seller. The real estate is sold subject to seller confirmation. Closing will be within 30 days following the auction date. If the high bid is accepted by the seller, the $5000 cashier's check becomes a non refundable deposit, submitted to the title company.
