Cash and Credit Cards with ID. WE DO NOT LIFT OR LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Please bring help!
All items are full price on first day and negotiable on the 2nd day.
No Public Restrooms.
All items must be picked up before the sale ends on the 2nd day. Otherwise, they will be donated to charity and you WILL NOT receive a refund.
Everything is sold AS IS, we do not guarantee anything. We are not responsible for accidents. No large purses, or bags or backpacks. No strollers. Please keep children by your side, no strollers, no public restrooms.

Bill, a civil engineer, and Louisa, a homemaking teacher, lived all over the world, and their household possessions reflect the many places they lived. They lived in Arizona, Colorado, California, Washington, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Pakistan before landing back home in Texas. Many of the pieces of furniture are either family pieces passed down or hand carved specifically for them in Malaysia of solid mahogany.

The oldest sterling silver pieces belonged to Louisa's parents, and bear her father's initials of R.A.G. Dr. Greene was an eyes, nose, ears, and throat surgeon who practiced in Spokane, Washington. As a doctor, he owned Spokane's first automobile. Family lore says he also got Spokane's first speeding ticket! He and his wife later retired to Laguna Beach, California, well known for it's artists colony. Many of the older paintings in the house belonged to them.
