Another Great Estate Sale in Garland near Firewheel.  All rooms and the Garage are packed with awesome finds.  There is something for everyone.  We even have a Red Hat Room dedicated to ladies who wear Red Hats and Purple Dresses when meeting for tea!  We have some “High-End” English China (Spode) and Great Furniture (most less than 2 years old) including a Stainless Double Door Samsung Freezer Fridge w/Outside Middle Door.  We have lots of Collectables including; Royal Copenhagen statues, English statues, Vintage Ballerina statues, and Royal Daulton statues such as: Last Waltz, Hillary, Christmas Parcels, and Autumn Breezes.  All pieces are in great condition.  We have two Lladro smaller pieces, two Framed Freda Ballard Prints (Alaska), and Havilland Sterling Silver Goblets by International Lord Saybrook 11950/1 Sterling Goblets, Limoges from France (the Complete Set) 12 Days of Christmas Plates.  We have a Vintage Armstrong Flute by Elkhart, Vintage mounted and glazed individual Human Teeth (Dentistry) in case, and small Bottles (some with tops), and vials in Case.  We have lots of Metal Soldiers; Figir Brevett Toy Soldiers Italian Marching Band, 1953 England Coronation Coach, and two metal Chariots with two horses.

We have a Small Brass Night Stand Clock by Waltham, a small Lalique Nude Kneeling Girl and both 1971 & 1972 Lalique Collector Plates.  We have a nice Vintage Grandfather Clock (working) by Emperor with Hand Crafted Sides by Dr. W. H., Corey 1977, (Sun Dial with three Weights and Pendulum.  We have two Matching Red Love Seats, a great Patterned Chair with Matching Ottoman, a large Red Upholstered Chair with great Carved Wood Frame and Arms along with a nice Oval Beveled Glass Coffee Table.  We have lots of interesting wall, mirrors and table items. We also have lots of lamps and mirrors in most rooms.  Remember that BNI on Lamps mean the Bulbs are NOT Included.

We have a Spring Air Back Supporter Naples FIRM Queen Mattress and Box Spring set.  We have a great Queen Sleigh Bed with Head and Foot Board with the Rails.  It is like New Condition (less than two years old).  We have two Awesome Night Stands and an Awesome Tall Chest of Drawers.  We have an Ultra Suede Love Seat in Taupe.  We also have two incredible matching Side Chairs with Arms.  We have Queen Bedding and Decorative Pillows as well.  We have some interesting framed duplicate pictures of 1940’s Ladies (better known as Pin-Up Girls).  We have a walk in closet with awesome Ladies Clothing in Sizes 6 & 8 Small and Medium, plus Shoes and Hats.  Here are just some of the Clothing labels (many still have tags): US Boutique, French Connection, Harold’s, Donna Ricco, NY for Nordstrom’s, Susie Chin for Nordstrom’s, Calvin Klein, Cache, Tanisha Shoji, Karen Kane, After Dark, Nippon Boutique and Jones of New York.  Think about Prom & Weddings we have awesome pieces.

We have a great Dining Table with one Large Leaf along with 2 arm chairs and 6 side chairs.  This set is awesome and less than two years old.  We have 1927 Restaurant China; Old Harlem Syracuse China Pattern.  We have Spode Rockingham Bone China, Crystal, interesting serving pieces, and a Roll-Around White Serving Cart with Black Marble top.  We have some really nice collectables in addition to a very nice Asian Cutlery Chest in great Condition.

We have a nice selection of Small Appliances such as an Array of Cuisinart Small Appliances:  Toaster, Smart Stick, Prep Food Processor, Frozen Yogurt / Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker, Blender with Chopper Attachment, 4-Cup Work Bowl and Mini-Prep Bowl.  We also have a Small Crock Pot and Large Crock Pot, Proctor & Gamble Electric Knife, Black & Decker Hand Mixer, Black & Decker Coffee Pot, Hamilton Beach Chopper, Vitantonio Premier Belgin Waffle Maker, Chef Mate Coffee Grinder, Krupps Ice Cream Maker, and Black & Decker Can Opener.  We have Fostoria Azure Blue Goblets, Glasses, Sherbet and Cocktail Glasses.  We even have a Pitcher, Cream & Sugar and a few Bread Plates.  There are many New (still in the Box) small Appliances and Gadgets. Such as: Sunbeam Mix Master 12 Speed Stand Mixer, 30 Cookie Cutters, Egg Cooker, Semi Deep Fryer, Mini Pie Maker, Libby Mini Flare, Cuisinart Cooker, New Ricer, DeLonghi, Progressive Herb Keeper and a Pop Over Pan and more.  We have small Colored glass Pitchers and Bud Vases.  There are lots of Knives, Kitchen Gadgets, Baking, Measuring and Storage Containers.  We have a nice assortment of Pots and Pans along with Dishes and Glasses.  We have a great foldable Bakers Rack and a great Hidden Leaf Round / Oval Table with Single Pedestal.  We also have a very nice assortment of Cooper and Brass items.  We even have an Under the Counter Sunbeam Wine Cooler.  There is a Walk in Pantry off the Kitchen that is overflowing with Kitchen Items.

The Office has a two-Stack Barrister, Reclining Chair, Office Chair, Round Drop Leaf Table with 2 Side Chairs, Filing Cabinets, A single Bed that folds into a Ottoman (how awesome) with a nice cover.  A German Cuckoo Clock, Office Supplies, Small Portable Singer Sewing Machine, A Brother Printer and an HP Printer (both Work Great).  We have a Room that is dedicated to the Red Hat Society Club – (they meet for Tea wearing Red Hats and Purple Dresses).  That room has a nice Red Leather Chair with Matching Ottoman, a fold over Square Table or Entry Table, Four Folding Chairs, two End Tables, a Nice Ultra Suede Hide-a-Bed (less than 2 Years Old) lots of Red Hat Clothing, Collectables, and interesting stuff.

The Garage has lots of Christmas items.  Some are very unusual, and others are very high end.  We have nice Patio Furniture, some Hand Tools, Gardening Tools, and a Fertilizer Spreader.  We also have Folding Tables, Card Tables and Chairs, Kitchen Items, Filing Cabinets and more.  The entire house is full including the Laundry room and Garage.  You’ll find a nice assortment of items in every room.  Come early for the best selection.
