Pls bring your own movers as we do not have people to move your items.
No food, drinks or pets allowed unless service animals.
Sales tax is added on all sales.
No refunds ....all sales Are final . Please examine your item carefully as there will be no exchanges, refunds, etc ...
If you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier (per the tax controllers office) for companies to be exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company.
No Children under 14 yrs old.
No large purses, bags, backpacks allowed in the sale.
All jewelry and firearms will be removed from premises by ARMED security each day .
Absolutely no pre pricing - please do no call asking how much an item is .
We reserve the right to not sell items per our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises without explanation.

We strive to make sure pictured items are on-site and for sale . If you have questions pls let us know.
We will be hosting a brown paper bag sale for $20.00 each - We provide the bag and you can fill up the bag with whatever is included in this sale ( there are some items which are exempt).. Items must fit inside the bag without extending over the top.
Our best deals will be on bundles of items. The more you buy the more you will save! Please keep that in mind!!
Furniture items will be sold at exceptionally low prices . (burgundy Vintage sofa, a french provincial desk and wood trunks , wood shelves, as well as other lovely furniture items.
We have a room full of albums and many books!!!
Albums will be sold for $1 each but if you purchase $15 or more we will give you an additional discount …we are looking for someone to buy out all our albums and books . Our goal is to have happy customers and a cleared out house!!!!The estate the has reserves on a few items . ( mostly oil and gas items)
We still have tons of albums, tools,furniture, flateware, kitchen items etc. left .
