Terms
All bidders must register to bid with a credit card which will be authorized prior to bidding in order to register to bid. The same card will be used to pay the invoice at close of auction.
Buyers Premium: Our buyers premium is 15%
Payment :All items will be paid for with the credit card that you register to bid with, at the end of the the auction. All wining bidders must pay state sales tax of 8.25 percent, unless resale number is provided or already on file.
***FIRM PICK-UP****ALL ITEMS **MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY & TIME FRAME.Please bring your own help to load or packing supplies as we will not be able to assist you. Any items not picked up will be considered forfietied and therefore not stored and eligible for resale to the next highest bidder/ buyer or donated to charity. Refunds will not be issued for failure to pick up. Non compliance will result in being banned from our future auctions and flagged on hibid thus ultimately having a negative impact on ones bidder score.
Shipping: We do offer shipping however all shipping quotes and details should be determined prior to biding. For smaller items we will only use Fedex ; packaging supplies and handling fees will be an additional charge. For larger items we will work will vetted reputable established shipping company.

All items are being "Sold AS IS" and buyers are encouraged to due their "Due Diligence " as no refunds or exchanges will be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are happy to answer any questions (via email) about condition, shipping or pick up prior to bidding.

Please note the day and time to insure your items are picked up. Pickup address and time window will be provided on each invoice. Please note items not picked will not be stored but considered forfeited therefore subject to resale or donation, further a refund will not be issued. Items/invoices not paid will be considered abandoned and you will be blocked from bidding on our future auctions and flagged on HIBID as a non paying bidder.
Shipping details or quotes should be established prior to bidding. Small items will be sent via FedEx (insurance and delivery conformation is mandatory) . Items will be shipped no later than 10 business days after invoice is paid in full. Larger items will only be shipped via a well established ,insured and vetted company.
