Living Estate Sale, mover on site!

Now is the time to buy furniture and other large household items!! We will have a local mover-for-hire (very fair prices) on site both days to move items for you to your home in the local Nacogdoches area on the day! 

This is a whole-house, 2-day sale of the interior and exterior furnishings and household goods of the well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath house of long-time Nacogdoches residents Bob and Nancy Dunn.  

This sale features Antique, Vintage, Retro and Newer items in nice condition, including:

• reupholstered formal Victorian sofa and side chairs, plus end tables and lamps, and large dining table and chairs 
• Large camelback sofa, end tables and lamps, overstuffed chair, media cabinet, table and chairs 
• Kitchen table and chairs, hutch, rug, glassware, china,  teapots, teacups and saucers, flatware, serving dishes, pots and pans, mixing bowls, glass and plastic storage containers, and dozens of kitchen utensils.   
• Three completely furnished bedrooms include a high-end, fairly new king-sized bed;  two twin beds; and one double bed with vintage headboard and footboard. Quilts, pillows, blankets, sheet sets, throw pillows, etc.
• Bedrooms also include a retro yellow and gilt 70s mirrored dresser and bedside table,  other classic 70s and 80s mirrored dressers, bed frames with headboard and footboard, bedside tables, lamps, bedroom chairs, as well as art and other decorative items.  
• Office with 1960s wood desk, two vintage sewing machine cabinets,  retro yellow diner chair, small wooden chest of drawers.
• Patio with cushioned chairs, along with several large, long-lived plants in big pots, including geraniums, ferns, etc. that have been over-wintered by the owner for many years.
• Storeroom with small refrigerator/freezer and miscellaneous gardening and lawn care tools.
• Interesting assortment of collectibles including quilts made by the home owner’s mother, old record albums, 45 rpm records, new turntable, some radio and airplane memorabilia, many retro and vintage holiday decorations,  knick knacks, bridge cards and tallies, office supplies, some jewelry.
• Household cleaning items, laundry items, ironing board, and pantry items such as batteries, lightbulbs, etc.
• Please note: no clothing, shoes, purses, etc. will be available at this sale. All personal items were donated by the Dunns to local charities.
• As a service to buyers who buy large items, a local hauler will be on-site, for hire, to load and move items within the local Nacogdoches area. The hauler will also be for hire to help buyers move items to their own vehicles.Cash only; reasonable prices to be negotiated by buyer with hauler.
