You must use one of OUR tags (with your name on it) to tag larger items that you can not carry to your holding area. IF YOU TAG IT, OR PULL A PRICE TAG..... YOU BUY IT !!!!
It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner.
***Please bring own BOXES / BAGS / and WRAPPING, as we are always running low :(
***Due to out vast number of Upcoming Sales, and tight timeline, we are unable to answer pricing and availability questions before the sale except on large ticket items (Vehicles, etc...)
***As much as we hate to, at certain Estates, we may have to limit the number of people inside at once, to start anyway. This is usually due to tight quarters, limited walking/checkout area space, and for YOUR protection, as well as the Homeowners belongings.
***J&S Estate Sales does not own a resale shop, booth, consignment store (or other), so all items are sold on the Estate's premises during posted sale hours only. We do not remove any items for outside sales.

BORING, but VERY IMPORTANT INFO:
This Estate is so packed, that we have things stuffed into every nook and cranny, floor to ceiling, in every area.....meaning there is limited walking space, Uneven walking areas and ground, TREASURES EVERYWHERE (so look high, low, and everywhere in between, but most importantly WATCH YOUR STEP AT ALL TIMES, BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOMEOWNERS ITEMS, AND OF OTHER SHOPPERS, BRING YOUR PATIENCE, BEST ATTITUDE, YOUR OWN MOVING/LOADING HELP, AND BE PREPARED TO HAVE A LOT OF FUN WITH US !!!!
Unfortunately, as much as we love to see them, this is NOT a great sale for those with little kids...lack of space, lots of people, too many breakables and dangers around every corner, etc...We sure don't want any little ones getting hurt.
*We do not have a working restroom on this property, so take a quick potty break before you come ;)
