Here is the part we hate to have to spell out, however it is necessary:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT OURS TO KNOW IF AN ITEM WORKS, CHECK YOUR ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS
Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $20 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, IF YOU SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT THE PROPER HELP YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale we will NOT return to let you in and a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise. We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property. ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
Bring boxes with you if possible as we are limited on space to keep them to pack items in. No oversized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
we do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
If one of my staff helps you move an item, it is a $20 charge.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
If furniture has been repaired or has surface damage it is being sold "AS IS".
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD, IF YOU DECIDE TO PUT ITEMS BACK THEN ALL YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED BACK FOR SALE.

Everything is reduced up to 50% off today! This will be our first estate sale in Rockport since Hurricane Harvey, we hope you will all come up and support this sale and take the time to visit some of the businesses that are up and running. It will definitely be worth the drive!
The owner loved to travel to Europe and so many of the treasures are antiques from her travels, There will also be some beautiful Antique American made furniture, lots of quilting supplies, a full kitchen, a garage with tools ( her husband was a woodworker) and so much more.
There is also an impressive collection of vintage LP's, mostly Rock and Roll but also some country!
As soon as we begin work we will post pictures so stay tuned!
