-We accept cash and credit cards (for purchase of $20 or more). No checks please.
-All items sold as is. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected. [If you are tax exempt, please have copy of your tax exempt form with you.)
-Bids will be taken for larger items. Reasonable offers will be presented to the owner.
-Please be aware that items pictured may be removed by the owner before the sale.
-Bring help to load large items--we request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm. Items not picked up 3:00 pm on Sunday will be donated to charity.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.
-A sign up sheet will be at the front door by 9:00 am the first day of the sale.
Even the house is for sale for this one! The house and everything for sale in it were immaculately kept. Items for sale include a Kenmore refrigerator, Maytag washer and dryer, iron bed, Lane leather recliners, family room furniture to include a coach and love seat with a coffee table and 3 end tables purchased at Dillards, Ethan Allen living room furniture, and much more!
