We are not responsible for accidents in the home. We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the home. No large bags will be allowed. Merchandise is sold "As Is" and "All Sales Final" and no refunds. Sales tax will be collected. If tax exempt, a sales tax exempt form needs to be on file with us. Although we discourage, our clients may remove items before the sale.
The public will not be allowed to use bathrooms. CAMERAS ARE IN USE
We discourage bringing children to the sale. If admitted, they must be supervised at all times. You Break, You Buy Policy. Bring help to load large items. We do not guarantee that we will have bags, boxes and paper for wrapping so please come prepared.
