To maintain a six foot safe distance, a minimum amount of 8 people will be allowed inside at a time.

Reminder: It is against company policy to release any pricing prior to the start of the sale. No previews or pre-sales.

No Large Bags. Dominion Estate Sales reserves the right to inspect all persons & bags.

Security Cameras are in place inside and out.
Parking in Front & Back - Shop is Next to the Catharpin Post Office.

Items are sold as is, where is. No returns. Please inspect items before purchase.

PAYMENT DETAILS: Cash, Local Checks (Photo ID Required). Credit Card purchases accepted & will include sales tax and a 3% convenience fee.

PLEASE BRING ASSISTANCE TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS. We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage.
