1. Bidders must register onsite the morning of the auction. Registration is free but you do need a picture ID in order to get a bidder number.
2. There is a 10% buyers premium added to the final bid price of each item.
3. All items must be paid for in full the day of the auction. We accept cash, certified funds, wire transfer and credit cards. Please note: credit cards will have an additional 5% charge.
4. All items must be removed within 7 business days.
5. All vehicles will not be sold with title unless stated otherwise. Buyers will not pay tax on titled items. All untitled items will incur 6% Virginia sales tax.

Bidding closes on the first item at 8:00PM EDT, then closes at a rate of 4 items per minute thereafter in catalog order until bidding on all items has closed.
AUCTION INSPECTION: By appointment only. Please call us with 24hr. advance notice at (757) 421-2525.
REMOVAL DAY 1: Friday, June 22nd from 10:00AM to 4:00PM
Invoices will be processed and emailed to the successful bidders on Thursday, June 21st by 12pm.

Shipping assistance is available for this auction! All items will be professionally packed and shipped by PostNet offering FedEx, UPS, USPS & DHL located in Chesapeake, VA.
