All items being sold as is. Cash only. House has two levels, ground floor and basement. Both are filled with mostly vintage, antique, or collectable items. Homeowner is not responsible for accidents. Please use caution when going down the outside stairs to the basement. Please use the handrail as you go. Please bring help to load large items.

This sale is packed full of vintage items from 2 estates. There is a little bit of everything is this sale. Mostly smalls and some furniture.  It is way too much to list, so look at the pictures. The pictures will be labeled upstairs or basement so you can determine where you would like to go first.
