Historic Ellington, ca. 1839 by BECK ESTATES

Historic Ellington Plantation has been sold to the Civil War Trust. This ca. 1839 will be restored to its former glory as it has been in a state of disrepair for many years. Local history tells us that Robert E. Lee was visiting before the fall of Richmond at Ellington to visit the resident Doctor, who trained young lads for the Unv. of Virginia in the adjacent home on the property.
