Please park respectfully & do not pull into driveway area. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Plenty of street parking.

Please Do Not Knock on the door, the homeowners are still living there and do not want to be disturbed. Thank you.

Due to the limited amount of space, numbers will be given out 15 minutes before start time. Controlled entry will be utilized, limiting the number of patrons admitted. No large purses please, but a tote or box are welcome.

No discounting first day of sale. Reductions will occur on the 2nd day.

We are a professional estate liquidation company, with an understanding of fair market value. We sell to the buying public and resellers.

Cash or personal checks with proper ID. Credit/debit cards with a $50 minimum, plus a 3% fee .

Dominion Estate Sales & homeowner are not responsible for accidents or injury.

Items are sold as is, where is. No returns. Please inspect your items before purchase.

We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage. All items must be removed by 4PM Saturday.

We like to have fun at our sales. Our staff is friendly and enjoys assisting our customers.

Please remember to bring packing materials, tools, tie downs & plenty of muscle.

Preparation for a sale is labor intensive, therefore it is against company policy to quote prices over the phone, or allow early previewing.

This is an estate sale, not a yard or garage sale. We are a business which provides professional services to sell our clients items at a fair market value.
