Terms of Sale: Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% convenience fee. Checks accepted with proper VA Driver's License-we reserve the right to decline to accept checks.
First come, first served. No sign-up sheet or numbers. In order to allow everyone space to shop safely, we will allow the first 20 in and then allow others in as folks leave. Doors open promptly at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 4th. Doors open at 11:00-3:00 on Sunday, December 5th.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. We do not give out prices prior to the start of the Sale. We do not Pre-Sale.
Not responsible for accidents. Items may be added or removed at the homeowners' discretion.
Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to lift or carry. Please bring your own packing materials. Items to be removed at conclusion of Estate Sale. Arrangements may be made for later pick-up of large items. No large tote bags, handbags, or back packs. No food or drinks. No pets, please. We will provide a Hold Table for your items and will hold your bags and boxes there for you.
Masks are now optional at sales. Masks and Hand Sanitizer provided upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: SATURDAY IS THE YORKTOWN CHRISTMAS EVENT FROM 9-3. MAIN STREET WILL BE BLOCKED OFF FOR THE VENDORS. THERE IS A PUBLIC PARKING LOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE HOME. THE DRIVEWAY IS RESERVED FOR PICK-UPS ONLY. THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY OR YARD. YOU MAY PARK ON ONE SIDE OF THE ROAD OR IN THE PUBLIC PARKING AREAS.
The grown children have hired me to liquidate their parent's home in Historic Yorktown off of Ballard Street. Their mother owned an antique store over 60 years ago and many items came from that store.
