We accept cash and debit/credit cards for 3% fee. No checks please.

Please self manage yourselves, whether that means starting a list or lining up.
NO lists from the night before as owners are still living in the home!!

We ask that you do not tour the house with LARGE bags or purses, please.

Please bring your own wrap, bags, or boxes and help to move furniture and items purchased. No help will be available on site and we are not responsible for securing loads to vehicles. All items must be removed by the close of the sale on the last day.

We will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries.

No refunds or returns. All sales are final.
