The house is still full and we have added more items for the 50% off day! At the owners request, there will be a small amount of exclusions to meet minimums. All exclusions will be clearly marked.
This is a Cash only sale. We provide a 1 hour hold area for customers to create a collection or leave to go to an ATM.
Anyone is welcome to start a list. We will honor the list upon opening at 10:00am.
On-site safety rules;
We want to provide a safe environment for staff and sale attendees. Masks will be required to enter the house.
We will be following Covid-19 Phase 2 safety guidelines during the sale.
Staff will be wearing masks and following the 6' distancing rule when possible. We ask that our sale attendees do the same. Hand sanitizer will be available at the door. Please use before entering the home.
A limit of 15 people will be allowed in the house at one time. All high touch areas will be monitored and periodically cleaned. The sale is arranged where possible, to prevent crowding in confined areas. All windows will be open to provide ventilation. We will do our best to monitor and help guide our guests through the sale when necessary.
The house is located down a sensitive narrow paved road. The speed is limited to 15 mph. There is very limited street parking available up to the top of the driveway. We will do our best to manage the situation and indicate where parking is available. Please be respectful of the surroundings. Cars will only be given access to the driveway to pick up large items.
Please be prepared to provide your own assistance for moving heavy items such as furniture etc. We are not responsible for any accidents or incidences that occur on or off the sale property.
