This a preview bidding only (NOT purchasing) event on SELECT PREMIERE ITEMS, followed by an in-person 3 day estate sale event (alot of cash and carry items, and continued bidding on Premiere Collection and certain art and antiques) in a private residence. Advance Appointments for days of sale are required. Note: bid or highest / best offer on all Premiere Collection and select items will be taken and closed out at seller's discretion. Most in-person and by phone bids will close 12 noon or by 2 PM Saturday, all at seller's discretion.
THIS IS A STAY SAFE, MASK UP, STAY 6 SALE! Bring your masks. We will try to accommodate! Hand sanitizing is required and sanitizer is provided for each selling area/room. Guests will wait in their vehicles and be given numbers upon arrival, even if you have THE REQUIRED APPOINTMENT. Each guest will wait their turn for various selling zones and rooms. By current health laws, we can have only several guests on property at a time. Terms are cash or credit card, MC or VISA. Please leave pets and small children at home, if possible.
