Sale of prominent NW artist's estate (Heidi Lee). Includes many of her works and of her husband's photography. He developed the technique for giving his images a "painterly" look, and his work has been featured in many venues, as well as on the internet. Some of contents:
- Early, authentic Eames lounge chair with ottoman and Herman Miller tag.
- Several 19th c. music boxes, including 39" interchangeable cylinder box, highly carved Symphonion with six discs, other.
- Original period art including, Louis Icart etching, authentic 1847 large folio James Audubon Caribou, I. Priot drawing, 50 original etchings by renown Montana artist, Branson Stephenson and others
- Several rare book editions dealing with the history of Montana, including one with the first published photo of C. M. Russell.
- Collection of Navajo silver and turquoise jewelry including, several squash blossom necklaces and cuff bracelets.
- A few dozen African Mandecan, carved wood combs.
- Lady's small roll top desk
- 19th c. Chinese wedding boxes
- 17th c. Chinese official's chairs
- Antique, Tibetan Kapala (skull cup) with silver trappings
- Large quantity of sterling jewelry, gold and precious gems jewelry and a 19th c. 14k lady's sugar nip with chain and ring (for chatellaine?)
