PARKING EXTREMELY LIMITED:
Please arrive early to secure parking. Parking is available on surrounding streets. Please be prepared to walk several houses to several streets away. Please follow parking signs and be respectful of neighbors, mail boxes, driveways and lawns.

COVID RESTRICTIONS & GUIDELINES:
Face coverings required for entry per Washington State guidelines. Limited entry. It is a small house. We will be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time to 10 guests per half hour. As guests leave the sale, the next shopper in line who has signed up will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line, who have not signed up will need to stand 6 feet apart and we will allow you in as space is available only after all others who have scheduled time slots have entered.

SHOPPING GUIDELINES:
Please bring your own boxes, bags, wrap, and help to move furniture and items purchased. Please stay 6 feet apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times shoppers will need to wait to enter a room until other customers are finished. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be careful on all steps and stairs. Please carefully inspect and test any items you may wish to purchase as all items are sold as-is. No refunds or returns. All sales final.
