OUR  precautions may seem overzealous or even extreme but we will continue with same procedures for the entirety of this sale for benefit of  ATTENDEES & STAFF.    Most attendees expressed to us all during the sale their excitement with their purchases and  were  GRATEFUL FOR OUR NON-TOUCH TEMPERATURE SCREENING along with all other precautions.  And, attendees expressed their happy discounts!!!

****DISCOUNT PROCEDURE***:    WE WILL WORK WITH ALL BUYERS TO GIVE THE BEST DISCOUNTS WE CAN OFFER Exceptions:  items waiting for final offers and items to be picked-up. 

Process:  Select any item(s) of your choice and K. Bailey, Cashier, will discount for you when it is your turn at cashier.  If you decide you do not want the item after quote, NO PROBLEM, back it goes for sale.

We will consider  offers on items under $150.00.   Items over $151.00 we will consider reasonable offers.

We Continue same PPE Precautions as last week because we choose this method for ATTENDEES  and our STAFF per Governor. 

•     Entire Home sanitized  with Ultra Violet Light EVERY EVENING
•     Required:  Your own MASK (fitting face properly) and WEAR GLOVES (sanitized at estate).
•    Non-Touch temperature -  taken by staff person  
•     Attendees read and sign usual release entry form 
•     Social Distancing  6' required on property or in home at all times. 
•     No kids under 17 at this particular sale.
•     5 or so attendees in home with time allowed depending on attendees.  So far, wait time not been an issue and no lines
•                           were formed over 5-10 persons outside and no long wait.
•     If any person has extra special  REQUEST, tell staff person & K. Bailey or P. Bailey will discuss your options.  For 
•                                     example one-on-one appointment in early evenings.
