My whole family has regularly attended Heritage Estate Sales events for over two years. In that time, we have consistently noticed that their presentation, expertise in the items at their sales, and fair prices are always far above sales put on by any other company. In fact, they have been so great that when my husband started a new retail business, Heritage was the first place he looked for the items he needed.

In addition, they were always so ethical and fair that when it came time to do an estate sale at my Mother's home, we didn't have to interview any other companies. Heritage it was!

The set-up was difficult. My Mother has not passed, and she was giving contradictory instructions and gifts many times a day. We were working directly with her accountant - at that time an unknown person to me - and both he and I were suspicious of each other, making decisions even more difficult. Besides all that, Moms home was filthy and falling apart.

Having had a background in retail, I thought I had an idea of what went on before a home was opened up to the public for a sale. WRONG! The wonderful people at Heritage not only cleaned Moms home up, but they handled other issues like 10 years’ worth of dog mess smell in many of the rooms being cleared out and getting a broken safe opened up (contained many items that we wanted to include in the sale as well as very important documents needed by Moms Accountant) by a professional who did not damage it at all in the process.

We realized more money than we expected, and in the end, Heritages team donated the remains of the sale to a worthy cause, and again cleaned up the house, leaving it spotless!
