Sue Hawk and her crew are AMAZING!! I contacted them last minute and they were Johnny on the spot! My father is a retired Vietnam vet and a traumatic brain injury patient and was needing to move ASAP due to the sale of his home. He dug in his heals and I was having to get things organized. After several failed attempts to have people I know go help him, I contacted Sue. Even though I was completely unorganized and didn't understand the process of moving a senior, she was very understanding. Her crew also made my dad comfortable and enjoyed him being around and enjoyed a few laughs with him. I plan to use them again when he is ready to go to independent/assisted living. Highly, HIGHLY recommend these folks! I trusted them without a thought! And when I walked into my dads new place (after talking with sue on the phone and her telling me she's not a decorator) I was absolutely stunned at how well they made things come together! I am a realtor specializing in people downsizing, and we have been working with Sue and her Caring Transitions Team on a few estate sales recently- they have been smooth, organized, professional, and because of how its handled and their process/connection for advertising, I believe they bring in more for the sale than most, and is way more productive than doing it yourself. Their most recent job was my parents home- and it worked so great just reminding my parents many times, to just take out what you want to keep, and leave the rest behind. Caring Transitions came in and handled all the sorting, disposing of trash, setting up for the sale, and removal of the very little that was left behind.
