We are a full service ESTATE SALES company serving Hutchinson Ks with a Unique approach to estate liquidation.
Estate liquidation due to the passing of a loved one, transition to assisted living, relocation, downsizing, are stressful enough without fencing yourself into a narrow set of options. Sandhill Estate will tailor a solution to meet your unique needs in a professional, caring, fast, and friendly fashion. We are the experts. Yes, you could have an auction but do you really want all your items boxed up placed on a trailer & sold. Normally you do not have a choice as to how your collectables will be sold. We always take these special items & sell them individually or if necessary as a group. We research all items you have for sale to make sure your items are sold at a fair market value.
We offer a free consultation at your location. If you choose our services, we will sign a simple, straight forward contract that spells out expectations and terms. There will be no surprises, and there is never an immediate out-of-pocket expense to you. We promptly issue a check to you for the total proceeds less our commission. That commission covers our professional service, sales, inventory services, organizing, pricing, security, and research on ever-changing market values. You will receive a receipt for everything sold & we account for all you items in home ! We work for individuals, DPOA, Banks & Real Estate companies
The Sandhill Estate staff is professional, experienced, friendly, and sensitive to your needs. We have been in the antique sales & service for over 55 years. We work with your attorney’s &/ or Real Estate Co.
Our experience and reputation bring a loyal following with a database of Hundreds of previous buyers & new buyers.
We are not a real estate company trying to get your home for listing, we are a team of experienced people making your sale our priority !
