If there is anything out of our expertise we consult with an appraiser. We provide tables, organization, tagging and pricing, signs and all other necessary supplies. Jeff and Brent ran our “ moving sale” in August 2023. We could not have hired anyone more professional or more trustworthy than these two guys. We were kept informed every step of the way. They respected our home by the organized way they went about their display. Everyone who saw them at our house while getting organized remarked how great it still looked!! Jeff let us know each day of the sale how it all went. Then after the official sale and before they extended it one more day with big cuts, Jeff called to tell me what was left. You see we were in Tulsa when all the sale took place so we wouldn’t have know had he not called to inform me. He said in case a family member wants something before they slash prices he wanted them to have a chance to come get it. That’s exactly what happened! My granddaughter was so thrilled yo come get our trundle bed her little girl could sleep in! What an honorable and unselfish thing for those guys to do. I’d never hire anyone else! In a few days when all the receipts were on and they were sure, I got a call with the total for profit for us! I was extremely pleased and a bit surprised! Then a few more days later they sent a check with the itemized statement. These are trustworthy men!

Jeff and Brent are the best in the business for conducting moving sales. They are highly professional and go above and beyond to ensure that your property and the surrounding area are respected and that all HOA requirements are followed. They have a keen eye for staging and meticulously inventory and price each item to maximize your profits. Working with them is an absolute pleasure, and they make what could be a very stressful time easy and enjoyable. When the sale was completed, my home was left in perfect condition.
