We are very mindful of the fact that sometimes there were difficult circumstances or unexpected life changes that occurred which now require the use of our services. Prior to a sale, an initial consultation at the house will be scheduled. We will walk through the home, take some initial photos and discuss with you what you are intending to sell in the home. We will give you our honest opinion at that time on what it will take to get a sale started.
Our clients can expect ethical standards and diligent research. We understand that going through a family's belongings can be difficult. We believe our expertise can not only eliminate this difficulty, but also lead to higher proceeds for our clients.
And it is important that you trust us as your estate sale professional. We will be working in your house for up to 2 weeks without supervision. Integrity is the most important aspect of our business.
