Estate STuFF has over thirteen years of experience in the business and offers a variety of service options, from managing your estate sale, clean out options after the sale and moving service recommendations.
OK, The fine print.
Our competition may charge up front fees to conduct your sale, and aren't motivated to work hard to sell anything since they already have your money. Estate STuFF philosophy is different, doing the staging, organizing and advertising of your sale with no up-front cost to you. We work on commission for a flat percentage rate of the gross sales proceeds, so we are motivated to work hard before, during and after the sale. We also offer a consignment service* in our retail shop called STuFF in Midland Park NJ where we may continue to sell your items. We also offer a clean out - broom clean service for separate, additional fees, and donating to charities wherever possible to minimize impact on landfill growth. 501C3 receipts are provided for all donations from the charities.
