Our Estate Sale Services include the following:
-Free estimate: We will come in and evaluate what the best course of action is for YOU. Value and quantity of items and work involved preparing for a sale will factor into this initial estimate.
-Setup and pricing of items
-Conduct sale
-Advertise for sale through various media outlets, including: craigslist, local newspaper, estatesales.net, facebook, twitter and through our network of buyers.
We also offer removal and liquidation services if that route is desired. Quotes for removal and liquidation services are on a job-to-job basis.
Comission Rate for Estate Sales
We charge commission based on the total sale of items and work involved setting up for the sale, minus advertising costs. There will be no up front cost to you.
