Unlike other liquidators, we (the two sisters) will go through your entire home and sort, organize, set up, price and research everything ourselves. And believe it or not, we do try to price EVERYTHING! We need to know exactly what's in the home, where it's located, what we priced it, so we won't have to make a quick, hasty decision when someone asks "How much is this?" We know it's a bit crazy, but that's how we mazimize your dollar. It works! In addition we feel responsible for the home and it's contents while we are there, and we like to create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. We always serve coffee and sweets at our expense, it's one of the little extra's we provide to our customers that other liquidators don't do. We take pride in our work, and our references can attest to that! We hire (good) help (always family members) for the days of the sale only. We do it all in a professional and friendly manner.
The average sale takes approximately one week from start to finish. We advertise extensively via local newspapers, internet, professional signage, and to our own customer base of over 6000 customer emails.
We serve most of Western Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. Our percentage is determined by the amount of work, hours involved, quality and quantity of items to be sold. There are no up front fees, so it's a win win situation!
We always have references from recent sales available upon request. Feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, or to schedule an appointment. There is no fee involved.
