Where do I begin? We downsized my parents from a 6 bed home to a 2 bed. We only had a month to clear everything out. Needless to say, we had lots of extra stuff ! When the first company that I spoke to fell through, I called Wade. Ian was a life saver !! He and his crew were everything that we needed. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I had so many things to take care of. Ian immediately made me feel like I could trust him and his team. It was such a relief. It was one less thing for me to handle. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was even able to sell one of my parents cars (another thing taken off of my plate). The sale was a great success! Ian is a stand up guy. True to his word. He sells things faster than anyone else I've ever seen. If you see an item you want , you better get there first because it will be sold. I've seen him sell things that I thought nobody could sell. If you need a house cleaned out fast Wade estate liquidators should be an easy choice. I've been to at least 10 or more of his sales and it is always a good time. I always find a bargain , something I didn't even know I needed.Matt ShawJuly 2022
