In 2021, I added person property appraisal services. Whether you need just one item appraised, or a whole household, I can provide USPAP-compliant professional appraisals. I can provide appraisals for IRS / tax purposes including charitable donation and estate tax purposes. I can also perform appraisals suitable for other purposes such as: insurance, equitable distribution / divorce, estate settlement, and others. I am a generalist but am connected to a wide network of experts in a variety of fields should you have specialized needs.
