Our goal is to customize a sale to meet the specific needs of each of our clients. We will agree upon a percentage fee with each client prior to signing a contract. Fees are determined primarily on the assessed value of available items and the location of the home where the sale is to be hosted. We can assist families or home owners in almost any scenario. Rarely are there special situations that we can not overcome and accommodate. Every home is left broom clean and that service is included in our percentage fee in most cases.
