Luck Dog not only puts a significant amount of work and effort into organizing and displaying the items, but they also do the research to find value in items that I thought had little, or none. They were able to get more value out of many items than I expected and also used a pricing plan which resulted in nearly everything being sold. Their marketing resulted in a packed house on each day of the sale with a number of shoppers coming back on all three days.

After the sale, Lucky Dog ensured that my home was cleared out of any remaining items and cleaned up from the sale, leaving the house better than when they found it.
