We charge an all inclusive fee of 25% of the gross sales. Sometimes circumstances (distance traveled, excessive prep time, etc) dictate a different percentage.
Our fee includes advertising, research, setup, labor, pricing, selling, credit card fees, and clean up! We do not have hidden fees. If we think a sale may require other services, it will be discussed and agreed upon before the service is contracted. We also offer a clean out service for your property (Fee for this service can be discussed at the initial consultation)

We advertise in local papers, all Estate Liquidation advertising sites, Craigslist, our personal Facebook page, face book ads and our personal web page.
We realize this is your property therefore we will work closely with you regarding pricing and discounts leaving you in control as much as possible.
We provide locked and manned showcases for your smaller valuables. As well as employees through out your property for added security purposes.
You will receive one check for the sale proceeds no later than 30 days after the last day of the last item sold.
We continue to post your items on our personal facebook, web page and other social media in order to continue selling at least 30 days after the in home sale. We also, will place items on consignment to continue to sale items agreed upon.
All payments accepted are made payable to The Antique Pineapple therefore taking the burden away from you for insufficient funds and other payment problems.
Giving our customers the most options to purchase your items, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Personal Checks, Bank Debit Cards, and Cash.
You do not have to have Antiques in order for us to conduct a sale for you.
We also do Living Estate Sales for people moving or relocating to a different city or state.
