This beautiful deeply carved black wedding vase was made by noted Santa Clara potter Madeline Tafoya (1912-2002). The vase stands approximately 6" tall and measures approximately 4 3/4 inches from spout to spout. The pot is signed Madeline T., Santa Clara Pueblo on the bottom.

The only issue I can find are two tiny fleabite sized shallow rough spots at the spout. Very hard to see unless magnified. See last photograph.
