Large selection of household items, including doors and furniture, that may require help in loading. No loading help will be provided on site. All items will be priced as marked, no exceptions. No prices or measurements provided prior to sale. Cash or Venmo only. Please bring boxes, bags and wrapping material. All items sold "as is." All items purchased must be removed from property by 3 PM on Saturday. Seller not responsible for any accident on site or breakage after purchase. We will not hand out numbers nor do pre-sells.

Complete home renovation resulted in many functional items for sale: home furnishings including furniture, decor, including some Christmas decor, lamps, artwork, including some signed and numbered prints, some antiques, rugs, and drapes. Also included are inside and outside doors that were removed, some including hardware, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinet and door hardware. Closet cleanout yielded recreational items such as bowling and fishing/boating equipment.
