Prospective buyers are strongly advise To examine personally any property in which they are interested, Before the auction takes place, To determine its position, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.

The absence of any reference to the condition of property does not imply perfect or Imperfect condition nor does a reference to defects imply the absence of others. No oral or written statements, including the catalog , or an advertisement, Bill of sale, gallery, or website posting,Announcement, or remarks By our staff or agents or the auctioneer, It could be considered a warranty, Representation, Or assumption of Liability. All measurements and weight are. Onsite winning bidders must, on the day of the auction and prior to removal of items From premises, pay in full for all items won. Remote bidders must arrange payment in full within 3 business days and prior to pickup or shipment.

Payment must be in cash, by good in state check with proper ID, Or by Visa or Mastercard, or American Express, or Discover. A discount of 5% from the 15% Buyer's premium will be given for payment by cash or by a good check. All buyers will be charged a Buyer’s premium. State and local sales tax will be apply to all purchases, unless the buyer has presented the auction company Proper documentation of his/her re-seller status.

All items won must be removed within 3 days of auction, the day of auction if possible. If items are not picked up within 3 days of auction will be forfeited and put back up for auction with no refund.

All winning bids are final, with no refunds or returns allowed.

The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during an auction and cannot be held liable for any such withdrawal.

The auctioneer May accept or reject any bid. If the auctioneer decides the highest bid made is far below the value of the lot offered, he/she May withdraw or pass the lot, or as the agents of the seller(s) may execute bids on behalf of the seller(s).

Auction house is not responsible for loading or securing of merchandise on larger items.
