We take cash, debit/credit cards (M/C or Visa with a 2.75% fee), Venmo or PayPal. We require that all customers wear face masks until the threat of Covid 19 has subsided.

We are not responsible for accidents and reserve the right to refuse a sale. We will only hold any item for 30 minutes once the sales has started. It needs to be paid for within those 30 minutes or it will go back into the sale. We will have a hold table for your convenience but just remember the 30 minute rule. Please bring enough help in loading heavy items. As long as an item has been paid for we will work with you to make arrangements to return to load it. Please respect other customers and under no circumstances are you to take items off of the hold table (unless it has been there for more than 30 minutes on hold and not paid for, so see a member of our staff to help with this.) All sales are final. "As is". No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. Bring you own packing material. The larger items will have priced hang tags. Do not remove the tag. Go to the "Checkout" station and pay for item and we will mark it "Sold". There will be No Discounts on the First sale day, please don't ask. We do not hold items before the sale, it is first come, first served. Large items must be picked up by the end of the sale. Speak to someone on our staff to let them know your pick-up plan. We ask that on these large items you supply us with your name and phone number so that we can contact you if need be. All items that are purchased but not picked-up by the end of the sale will go back into the estate with no refund.
