Oakdale Estate Sale

We do not presell items (**exception - grand piano**). However, items may be purchased over the phone but only after one hour has passed on the first day of the sale. Please know that we may be too busy to answer the phone but will get back with you as soon as we are able.

No cash, jewelry, or guns are left on premises after hours.

Cash, credit card or check (local with two forms of I.D.). We charge a 3% fee for all credit card purchases.

All items are sold "as is, where is".
No returns, refunds or exchanges so please examine your items carefully.

Please bring boxes, bags and wrapping paper for your items as we may not have any available.

Masks are optional. We will, however, limit the number of people entering the home but this is only to ensure comfort while shopping and adequate social distancing.

Please bring help to load your large items as our people may not be available to help. None of us can move large items for you, We may, however, sometimes deliver items for a fee. This is largely dependent upon difficulty and distance. We are not responsible for accidents.

If there are any items for bid, please be aware that we retain the right to refuse any bid.

We appreciate our customers and look forward to seeing you at our sales. We respect our customers and realize many of you travel and are willing to wait in line for that treasure you spotted in our photos. For this reason we do not presale and will have advertised items available the day of the sale (unless it’s pulled by the family). I hate having to throw in the disclaimer but it has happened!
We do not price items over the phone prior to the start of the sale and may not have the price available during non-sale hours.
