• All items must be picked up before the end of the sale. Pickup days and times after the end of the sale must be individually arranged and cannot be guaranteed.
• Any items not picked up by the end of the sale without an alternative prearranged pickup day and time will be donated to a charity of our choice.
• Bids cannot be retracted once placed. By bidding, you acknowledge that if you are the highest bidder, you agree to make the purchase of the item on bid at the price you propose within your closed bid. A successful bid constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final.
• Not responsible for vehicular damage resulting from parking or attempted parking for one of our estate sales. Please be considerate when choosing where to park your car for an estate sale.
• No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be issued. All items are “AS IS”, “WHERE IS."
• You are responsible for moving the items that you purchase. You are also responsible for providing your own wrapping material and/or boxes for moving items.
• Yesterday’s Memories is not responsible for accidents. By attending one of our estate sales, you agree that you are entering the premises at your own risk.
• Other terms and conditions may be added due to the unique circumstances of each sale. Additional terms and conditions will be posted at the sale if it becomes necessary for them to be added.
