We will be accepting CHECKS,CREDIT CARDS, AND CASH. There is a 3% charge on Credit Cards. If you write a check we will need your driver's license, DOB, correct phone number (home and cell), correct address. We will not accept a check that does not have your information on it before you get to the check out desk. Have all that information on your check and your driver's license handy. If you write a bad check you will be charged $50.00 for the check, plus the amount of check, so think before you write. We ARE NOT responsible for any accidents or neither is the home owner. We will have someone there to mark your items sold and to write you up before checking out. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury or damage to you or any items on you. If anything is broken you will be charged the full price of item. For insurance purposes, staff members are not able to carry heavy/large items for you. You will be responsible for loading them and bring your boxes and wrapping, tools, etc. for getting your items loaded. If you need someone to load your items and to haul them, I will have a man's name for you if you are interested. He will charge you accordingly. There will be no negotiating on the items. We feel we have studied and took into effect the date and condition of items and feel that they are marked accurately. Some of the items might seem high to you, but research have been done on them and we feel that they are priced accordingly. Remember this is not a YARD SALE. If you are looking for Yard Sale prices, I am sure there are some in the area. We want you to have fun and get items that you appreciate and want. We have worked hard to make sure all items are clean and in good condition. There will be parking on the side of the street. Please DO NOT block anyone's drive-way, we will have your vehicle towed if you do. Bids will be taken on items the the first day of sale, on $100.00 or more. You have to bid at least 60% over the total amount of item, plus $1.00. You will be called at 6:00 p.m. that night if you won the bid. If you win the bid, you will be required to purchase item. If you don’t answer when we call, we will leave you a message so check your voice mail. Items must be picked up by 8:30 the morning of last day of sale, or they will go back on floor to purchase. Items will be marked 40% off last day of sale. Regular prices will be charged until the last day of sale. Items bought on Friday can be picked up at end of sale or the next morning. We have checked the items to the best of our ability. It is your job to check before buying. Once bought or you have a item on bid, there will be no refunds for the items. If you decide that you don't want the item you bid on, you will be charged 35% of item, because someone else could have bought it. If we sell out the first day we will have a sign on the front door stating that. If you would like to be added to our email list, please let check-out know. There will be a form there for you to put your email address. We will have some boxes and paper, but I suggest that you bring your own paper and boxes. When it runs out that will be all that we have. If anyone is caught stealing, you will be prosecuted, so think before you take something that does not belong to you. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS NOR ARE THE OWNERS.

Furniture: There is a upholstered full-size bed with mattress and box springs, bed can be made into a Queen size, Full size white coverlet with pillow shams, white bedside table, distressed, mahogany end table with marble top, antique mahogany desk with chair and newly upholstered seat cover, small mahogany secretary with lots of drawers, mahogany long bench with white cushion, Duncan Phyfe mahogany drop leaf table with drawer, in excellent condition, beautiful emerald green chair, brass floor lamp with pretty globe, Victorian rose colored upholstered chair with rollers on front, beautiful antique black clock,(2) twin bed frames with mattress and box springs for each, beautiful white distressed wall hanging above each bed, primitive high chest with lots of drawers, top of chest let’s up to store blankets in, antique mahogany chest with twisted sides, several drawers, holder for mirror on top, mirror is with it, but not on chest, (glass cracked, but can get a new one), beautiful twirled mirror in blue, chair upholstered in light greenish beige material, end table with white cover, antique mahogany secretary with lots of drawers with temple shaped doors, one beautiful piece, area rug with blues, greens, beige, looks like water colors,white TV stand with glass doors, 42” flat screen TV, has place for tapes, sofa in beige that reclines on each end, in excellent condition, mahogany end table with drawer, another chair covered in greenish beige fabric, coat rack with metal holders, mahogany coffee table with glass top and drawers in center and in each end, mahogany magazine holder with spokes, round oak table, French amoire with double doors with metal insert, has several shelves, (2) drawers at bottom, big columns on each side, must see to appreciate. This is one piece that is very old and beautiful, mahogany china cabinet with glass doors, doors at bottom, in great shape,beautiful mahogany, very old dining table with 4 chairs and (2) leafs, the legs on the table are carved and beautiful. If the leafs were in, it would sit 10 or 12 people. This is one table that you will not find just anywhere, (2) more tables, one round with white body and oak top, the other one is round and mahogany, old white metal table, mahogany Jenny Lynn looking bed, one black table, all three have rails and slats, very large oak desk with lots of drawers, used In Doctor’s office, filing cabinet, very old primitive bread box cabinet that sits on table with doors at top, yellow looking dresser with matching glass mirror, would look great painted, 4 drawer chest painted with polka dots, round mahogany table, tall wood table, would be great for an island, (2) bar stools, mahogany cedar chest, lift chair/recliner.
Kitchen: Pots, pans,stainless, toaster, Pyrex bowls, roasting pan, iron Dutch oven, iron boiler with lid, iron corn bread stick pan, glasses, cups, plates, saucers, towel holder, dish towels, hot plates, coasters, cake pans, muffin pans, drainer, stainless dinnerwear.
