-We accept payment via cash or card only (no fees are charged)
-All items are sold in as-is condition.
-All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges
-No presales
-We will have professional movers on site to help you carry larger items outside
-We are not responsible for any accidents on the premises.
-If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your form to the sale. We need a new copy for each sale.

Steve Gilmer was the owner of "What's on 2nd" and was well known in the antiques and collectibles world for decades before he opened his retail shop in downtown Birmingham. His tragic and sudden passing last November left a void not only in the Birmingham, Alabama community, but in the hearts of all of his friends around the country.
This estate sale features the best of the best of his many years of collecting and includes:
- Well known signs and advertising pieces from all around the greater Birmingham and Bessemer area.
- Thousands of his absolute best antique postcards and trade-cards which were never intended to be sold at his store.
